Since 2004, the Sims has partnered with over 800 artists to record their songs in Simlish for our game. In our first ever in-game concert experience, Sims Sessions, in 2021, we debuted Simlish songs in an entirely new festival format. During Sims Sessions, players were able to make the event their own by styling festival outfits, camping out on the festival site, and shopping exclusive digital merchandise for their Sims featuring Bebe Rexha, Glass Animals, and Joy Oladokun.

Sims Sessions 2.0 - the Content Series

When we launched our creative brand platform, Spark Something, in late 2022, we brought Sims Sessions back as a content series that gives fans a unique peek behind-the-scenes as new and old favorites record their hit songs in Simlish and share sparks from their creative process. We’ve been working with rising underrepresented artists as well as revisiting our relationships with more established musicians, who made it big in the Sims.

Festival Season comes to The Sims

When the pandemic threatened to put a damper on summer concert season, we brought a unique in-game concert experience into the Sims—and made it free to players. Dave Bayley of Glass Animals, Joy Oladokun, and Bebe Rexha all took to the Sims festival stage to sing their summer hits—in Simlish.

In the (simlish) studio
